Prior to the Kabardian Group, Jonty Yamisha worked as a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance practice of FTI Consulting. There, Jonty oversaw a number of strategy and restructuring engagements, including the restructuring of Vertrue, parent company to Coverdell. While at FTI Consulting, Jonty led the firm’s efforts in the direct marketing / direct sales vertical.
Prior to the Kabardian Group, Gary Spagnoli worked as the Director of Search Marketing at the online marketing agency OutFirst Digital. Gary managed the strategy and execution of a variety of marketing campaigns for clients throughout the health, legal and e-commerce industries. He also lead OutFirst’s business vision and service design as the co-founder of this specialized consultancy.
